Jess attended RMIT university in Victoria to complete her qualifications in osteopathy. She hails from the depths of the Adelaide Hills, having spent many of her childhood years exploring and loving Stirling, Aldgate, Crafers, Mylor, Nairne, Hahndorf and Mt Barker.

After completing her study in Victoria, Jess and her family returned to the Adelaide Hills to establish themselves again as locals. Since returning to South Australia, Jess has remained acutely aware of the limited allied health-care resources accessible within her local community.

 Jess has a passion for bringing holistic and educational care to her work. She focusses heavily on helping people understand their pain and aims to work with them both in the treatment room and through incorporating realistic adjustments to their lifestyle to facilitate lasting change.

In the treatment room, Jess utilises a range of osteopathic treatment techniques including massage, stretching, joint mobilization and manipulation where appropriate, dry needling and exercise prescription. Jess also believes that timely referral to other specialists is integral in the management and care of patients in some cases.

In her free time, Jess can be found enjoying coffee at one of the many fabulous café’s around the Adelaide Hills, gardening, or enjoying evening walks with her family.

Cameron completed his Osteopathic study at Victoria University. Born in South Australia, growing up in Victoria, Cameron moved back to Adelaide in 2021 with his fiancé. After frequent exploration through the Adelaide Hills, he saw a gap in health care accessibility, joining the Lead Osteopathy Team to bring Osteopathy to the Hills Community.

Cameron has a background in competitive/elite sport having played semi-professional basketball throughout his study and early career.

While treating all patient demographics, he takes a keen interest in biomechanics and movement. Cameron enjoys the challenges that come with rehabilitation and management of acute injuries. This requires balance between manual therapy and exercise prescription for best patient care.

Time as a swimming instructor throughout university also fostered a strong interest working with children and adolescents. The constant physical change, growth and development makes this age group incredibly complex yet rewarding to work with.

Outside of work Cameron enjoys basketball, golf, camping, coffee and walking his dog, Lorenzo.
